A series of posters encouraging recipients to reflect on more or less conscious participation in the dialogue of hate. The posters show portraits of administration employees, research staff and representatives of the academic community equally and with different emotions. The symbolic tears in the paper represent the harm caused by not being careful with your words.
Initially, the campaign was meant to present the victims of hate as more than people say about them. Inspired by vandalism, we wanted to use subversion to showcase the good parts of these people. However, with a deeper understanding of the issue, we decided that we must inspire self-reflection, rather than pity.
The campaign was complemented by a series of 9 short video recordings with expert statements.
