The neon project is an integral part of the comprehensive branding of the Wawer district of Warsaw. Placed atop the Waver municipal government building, it aims to improve communication with residents, highlighting the attractiveness, friendliness, and accessibility of the area.
Its striking appearance also expresses the importance of the institution, symbolising the local government’s commitment to community development and care for its welfare.
